Grand River

Grand River

Arguably the clearest water on the Gaspe. It has three limited sectors, two unlimited sectors, and one private sector of some the best and little known salmon fishing around. An absolute perfect sight fishing river and easily fished by any level of fly-fishing person. With 30+ lb. salmon, easy access to all pools and crystal clear water as seen here at long pool, a day on the Grand with one of our experienced guides of the river will be both productive and enjoyable.
York River

York River

Noted for its big fish and great runs, the York offers a wide variety of fishing to satisfy all. From early high water where traditional canoe fishing or spey fishing , to August dry fly fishing or late season stripping of the fly. It can all be practiced and enjoyed with the help, knowledge and experience of the guides at Grey Ghost Destinations.
St. Jean River

St. Jean River

The Saint John at times known as a jewel, for it’s clear water, great dry fly fishing and good number of fish. There are two sectors for public fishing. Zone 1 with walking access and zone 2 that is canoe access. At Grey Ghost Destinations we offer canoeing for both zones in either a medium size canoe for transportation and wade fishing or a large canoe for canoe fishing. Our guides have up to 60 years of experience on the Saint John with undisputed knowledge of the river and canoeing you’ll get an unforgettable day of fishing.
Dartmouth River

Dartmouth River

The smallest of the three Gaspe rivers, the Dartmouth is unique in that it is affected very quickly by rain. You will find after a morning rain that your fishing from morning to afternoon will have changed, however with the help of one of our experienced guides nothing is lost due to changing conditions. Access on the Dartmouth is excellent as the road follows the river very close.
The Pabos Rivers

The Pabos Rivers

There are three very different Pabos rivers each with two fishing zones. The Pabos north is the largest ,it offers both salmon and trout, zone two is easily waded and zone one is a very relaxing four hour canoe run with numerous pools with very little fishing pressure. The Petit Pabos offers some great fishing for those able to do some fairly tough hiking. The Pabos West has easy access and is the only local river that runs dark, like a tea color. With years of experience a couple of days around the Pabos with one of our guides can be productive and enjoyable.
